Site Management

As an extension to our project management function, and depending on the size, complexity or other attributes of a deployment, Orbital Installation Technologies provides more localized site management, supervision and administration. We manage communications and coordination among all deployment stakeholders to make sure that the key building blocks of the installation such as technologies, the vehicles and assets to be serviced, and a trained and informed field service technician workforce are on-site, operational, and on-schedule.

Field Quality Control

Orbital Installation Technologies utilizes quality control practices in the field throughout the installation process to verify system readiness and reliability.

Logistics support

Our logistics support services can help cut transit times, reduce shipping costs, and expedite the installation process.

Installation Services

Our nationwide installation services are performed by a highly-skilled, fully insured field service technician workforce committed to service excellence. Orbital Installation Technologies provides services on-site at locations specified by our customers throughout the United States. We are not restricted to standard business hours. We also are pleased to offer installation and maintenance services at our Indianapolis, IN area headquarters facilities located along major shipping routes and interstates.

Maintenance Support

We provide pre- and post-warranty maintenance support with the same level of skill and responsiveness as the initial installation.

Workmanship Guarantee

We are fully committed to customer satisfaction and guarantee that all technologies will be installed in strict accordance with contract documentation and approved terms. We agree to replace any or all materials which may prove to be defective in our workmanship material, within a period of 1 (one) year from the original installation date. Exceptions to the guarantee are ordinary wear and tear, unusual abuse, neglect or technology-induced issues
