As an extension to our project management function, and depending on the size, complexity or other attributes of a deployment, Orbital Installation Technologies provides more localized site management, supervision and administration. We manage communications and coordination among all deployment stakeholders to make sure that the key building blocks of the installation such as technologies, the vehicles and assets to be serviced, and a trained and informed field service technician workforce are on-site, operational, and on-schedule.
We are fully committed to customer satisfaction and guarantee that all technologies will be installed in strict accordance with contract documentation and approved terms. We agree to replace any or all materials which may prove to be defective in our workmanship material, within a period of 1 (one) year from the original installation date. Exceptions to the guarantee are ordinary wear and tear, unusual abuse, neglect or technology-induced issues
